Exchanges and Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. As a courtesy, we will accept your return within 30 days of the original sale date. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returned and exchanged item(s). We do not accept damaged items that have been worn or used by the customer.
Please follow these simple steps
below to ensure a quick and easy exchange/return process:
Exchanges:
- Contact us at customerservice@onelittlebox.com prior to returning your item. Be sure to include your name, email, and order number along with the reason for return.
- Please use your own separate packaging when returning your item(s). All items must be with original packaging and in original condition received. Items returned damaged, used, or without the original packaging may be subject to additional charges.
- You may choose from any comparably priced item we have in stock and/or listed on our website.
Returns and Store Credit:
We offer customers a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus any s&h.
OR
You may opt to take a store
credit in the amount of the purchase price minus any shipping costs.
We kindly ask you use your store credit within 3 months of your return
date.
