Are the items you sell Authentic? Are they new?

Yes. All of the items we sell are 100% authentic, brand new, and first quality. Our merchandise is purchased directly from the manufacturer or from high-end boutiques or department stores. Each item is carefully inspected before being offered for sale. We do not sell used, irregular, or reconditioned items. When you shop with OneLittleBox, you can be assured you will getting only the best!

Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?

Can't find what you're looking for? There's a good chance we may be able to find it for you. If your desired size or style is unavailable on our website, please contact us at customerservice@onelittlebox.com

I am looking for a similar item, color, size. Can you e-mail me when it's available?

Our inventory changes frequently and is often posted automatically, so we may not able to email you if a particular item becomes available. New items are listed daily so be sure to add us to your favorites!

Can you hold my shipment until a specific date? Can I add special instructions to my order?

Yes, please contact us prior to checkout and inform us of the date you would like us to ship.

What payment methods do you accept?

CREDIT CARD
We are glad to accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

PAYPAL
We are glad to accept Paypal. If your Paypal payment is drafted from your checking account, we wait for your Paypal check to clear our account before we ship. Please do not pay us directly through the Paypal website. Please use our secure online checkout system. PayPal is an available choice in our checkout and this will ensure that all credits and discounts are applied correctly to your order.

MONEY ORDERS
When paying by money order, please include your order number or a copy of your purchase notification. Sending payment without one of these can cause a delay in your shipment. Payments should be shipped to:

Do I have to pay sales tax?

If your item(s) are being shipped outside the state of North Carolina, you will not be charged sales tax. As a N.C. business, we are required to collect sales tax for shipments within the state of North Carolina.

How will I know my order has been shipped? Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a notification of shipping with a tracking number included. This e-mail will be sent to the e-mail on file with Amazon at the time of placing the order. If you do not receive a notification please contact us and we will provide the details to you.

How soon will my item be shipped? Where do you ship from?

We ship from Charlotte, NC. Your item will be shipped either the same day or on the next day after your payment processes. Please note that if you order after 3pm on Friday, your item may not be shipped until Monday of the following week.

Please note that if you pay with a Paypal e-check, we ship once the payment clears. We will send an email to your registered email address when your package has shipped. If you send a money order, you will also receive confirmation that it has been received and that your order has been shipped.

What happens if I need to make a return?

Contact our customer service center at customerservice@onelittlebox.com or call 704.333.5822 to receive your Returned Merchandise Authorization number. Please note that items will not be accepted for returns after 30 days of the original sales date unless previous authorization has been given. Additional details are located on our "Policies" page.

Our offices are open M-F 8am-4pm ET. During the holiday season you may reach us until 5pm M-F. We are closed during the weekends and for national holidays.
