Each item is carefully inspected before being offered for sale. We do not sell used, irregular, reconditioned, or defective items. |

MONEY ORDERS

| Do I have to pay sales tax? |
| If your item(s) are being shipped outside the state of North Carolina, we are not required to charge sales tax. As a N.C. business, we are required to collect sales tax for shipments within the state of North Carolina. |

| Will I receive a tracking number? |
| Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number when your item ships within the U.S. If your item is being shipped internationally, there will be a tracking number if you ship via Express Mail, but not if you use the quoted AirMail Letterpost. |

| Have you shipped my package? |
| All packages are generally shipped immediately after payment has cleared. Please note that if you pay with a Paypal e-check, we ship once the payment clears. We will send an email to your registered email address when your package has shipped. If you send a money order, you will also receive confirmation that it has been received and that your order has been shipped. |

| What is your return policy? |
Sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us. As a courtesy, we will discuss exchanging an item for a different product if we have it in stock or for a comparably priced item within 14 days of the original sale date. You must receive authorization for the exchange prior to returning your item. The exchanged item must be unworn with all original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and for paying the additional shipping for us to send the replacement. |
